My name is Jaxon Dechant, I'm a passionate and driven digital creator eager to make a lasting impact in the world of digital media and sports journalism. I am currently enrolled in the E-Communications 21st Century Program, an innovative curriculum dedicated to advancing skills in digital media, content creation, and sports journalism. As an 18-year-old Kansas resident, I balance my academic pursuits with hands-on experience as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy. Throughout my creative journey, I have developed content across multiple platforms, collaborating with rising NBA players, professional trainers, and managing social media for my high school’s official Instagram. These experiences have sharpened my skills in digital storytelling, branding, and audience engagement. I am currently pursuing an opportunity to join Florida State University’s prestigious Sports Management Program, where I hope to further refine my expertise and expand my professional network. I am incredibly excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead.
